Frequently asked questions
What do your services cost?
The cost of any project is dependent on the breadth and complexity of the task. First contact us to discuss your project needs free of charge. Once we have established the scope of your project, we can talk about budget, and options moving forward. We can work on the basis of an estimate of the costs involved, or a quote, or we can agree to work on an hourly charge up basis. Where possible, we may see if other funding sources are available to pay for your project.
How long does it take to complete a project?
The project duration depends on its scope and complexity. Our contract with you will outline a clear timeframe, established in consultation with you, and specify regular progress updates for your continued input and decision-making. While research often brings further issues or considerations to light, these will be discussed with you, and a path agreed upon to encompass any additional matters if required.
Who should I speak to about my project?
Please contact Tuatinitini founder Rose Daamen to discuss your project's needs. Send an initial email providing some information on your project via our contact page, to kick start a discussion. We'd love to hear from you.
Do you have an office where we can meet?
We work remotely and can readily meet with you via zoom, but we value meeting with you in person. We have access to office spaces in Taitokerau, Auckland and Wellington and, wherever possible, will find suitable spaces to meet with you in other locations as needed. For longer projects in particular, we will aim to meet with you regularly to discuss progress as your contract continues to completion.
Who will make up the team in any project?
As clients, you are the primary members of our team, providing initial information and assisting to define the project and its perimeters. The inclusion of others in this team will be determined by the needs of your project and your budget.
A core part of any multidisciplinary enquiry is the cultivation of a team of respected experts and contributors to refer to and collaborate with. We intend our team to develop and grow over time to a network of valued and knowledgeable members, both outside and inside Tuatinitini.
If you are interested in being part of the Tuatinitini team, please send us your resume and a cover letter highlighting your skills. We look forward to hearing from you.
As the team grows, we will add a page to this website to introduce you to its new members, collaborators, consultants and advisors.
